ZOPA delivers it as a co-buyer, so your team keeps the decisions and drops the legwork.
02How is ZOPA different from a procurement agency?
An agency usually takes over and reports back. ZOPA sits beside your team as a co-buyer. You see every quote, every comparison and every negotiation step, and approvals stay with you. We also pool buying demand across organisations, which gives you leverage that a single purchase cannot.
03Do we lose control of our vendors?
No. You decide which vendors we approach, you approve the shortlist and you approve the final award. ZOPA Flux keeps an audit trail of every quote, note and sign-off. Vendor management is a service you can add on a higher plan, not something we impose.

For a standard requirement, ZOPA shares the top three vetted comparatives within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete brief. Specialised or high-value categories can take longer, and we tell you that upfront.
05Is ZOPA Flux free?
ZOPA Flux comes in a Free tier and a Pro tier. You can start on Free and move up when your volumes or approval needs grow. We also run a seasonal Gifting RFQ instance free of charge. The ZOPA Flux page lists the current feature split.
06What is ZOPA P2P?
ZOPA P2P is ZOPA’s procure-to-pay system. It takes a purchase from requisition and sourcing through purchase order, L1 to L3 approvals, goods receipt and a 3-way invoice match to payment, with budget control and GST handled automatically. It pairs with ZOPA Flux for sourcing and with ZOPA’s co-buying plans.
