Procurement services & software
ZOPA is a co-buying partner for growing businesses. We buy alongside your team: we source vetted vendors, negotiate with pooled buying demand and follow every order through to delivery. When your team wants to run buying in-house, our own platforms, ZOPA Flux and ZOPA P2P, put the same tools in their hands.
Trusted by teams buying with ZOPA
01 — Services & software
ZOPA is a procurement company first. Our co-buying team can do the work for you, and the platforms we built for that work are available to your team too. Use either one, or both together.
Procurement services

Procurement software
The tools our own buyers use every day, available to your team. Built by a procurement company, around how buying works in India.
02 — What is ZOPA?
ZOPA is a procurement company first. Our co-buying team can do the work for you, and the platforms we built for that work are available to your team too. Use either one, or both together.
ZOPA Flux handles request templates, multi-channel vendor responses, approvals and side-by-side comparisons, with zero ERP downtime.
Net spend reduction of 15% to 28% and 40% lower cost per order, drawn from ZOPA client engagements.
From hospital CAPEX and consumables to plant supplies and campus buying, our category specialists know what a fair price looks like.
03 — How it works
Four steps from a requirement to a delivered, tracked purchase. You stay in the loop at every one.
Tell us what you need by chat, email or the ZOPA portal. A short brief is enough. We ask the follow-up questions so your team does not have to.
We source from pre-vetted, compliance-audited vendors and send a side-by-side techno-commercial comparison you can act on.
We negotiate price and terms using pooled demand across organisations. You review the outcome and approve the award.
We follow the order through to delivery, then show what you spent, with whom, and where the next saving sits.
04 — Services
Four services, one co-buying team. Use one, or combine them as your buying grows.
Hand over requisitions, sourcing and follow-up to a co-buyer team that works as an extension of yours.
Plan and negotiate by spend category, so every category has a strategy and a clear baseline.
Find, vet and manage suppliers, with compliance and GST documents on file.
Buy alongside peers to unlock volume pricing that no single order can reach.
05 — ZOPA Flux
ZOPA Flux is our e-sourcing and RFx platform. Create a request from a category template, collect vendor responses from any channel, compare bids side by side and route the decision through your approval matrix.
ZOPA Flux is offered as a subscription, quoted to your users and volumes. A seasonal Gifting RFQ instance is free to use at gifting-flux.zopapro.com.

Procurement as a Service (PaaS) means a specialist team runs part or all of your buying work for you: collecting requirements, sourcing and vetting vendors, comparing quotes, negotiating and following orders through to delivery. ZOPA delivers it as a co-buyer, so your team keeps the decisions and drops the legwork.
An agency usually takes over and reports back. ZOPA sits beside your team as a co-buyer. You see every quote, every comparison and every negotiation step, and approvals stay with you. We also pool buying demand across organisations, which gives you leverage that a single purchase cannot.
No. You decide which vendors we approach, you approve the shortlist and you approve the final award. ZOPA Flux keeps an audit trail of every quote, note and sign-off. Vendor management is a service you can add on a higher plan, not something we impose.
For a standard requirement, ZOPA shares the top three vetted comparatives within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete brief. Specialised or high-value categories can take longer, and we tell you that upfront.
ZOPA Flux is a paid subscription, quoted to your users, volumes and approval needs. We also run a seasonal Gifting RFQ instance free of charge. The ZOPA Flux page lists what is included.
ZOPA P2P is ZOPA’s procure-to-pay system. It takes a purchase from requisition and sourcing through purchase order, L1 to L3 approvals, goods receipt and a 3-way invoice match to payment, with budget control and GST handled automatically. It pairs with ZOPA Flux for sourcing and with ZOPA’s co-buying plans.
Manufacturing and industrial, corporate and enterprises, healthcare and clinics, startups and scaleups, education and campuses, and non-profits and trusts. Healthcare groups see average medical spend savings of 18 to 25 percent across CAPEX infrastructure and OPEX consumables.
Yes. We work with businesses across India, remotely and on-site as needed. Requirements reach us by chat, email or portal, so location does not limit where we can help. Tell us where you need delivery and we will source vendors who can serve it.
Pricing depends on the plan and the scope of work. ZOPA Taskmate and AidHiveing are quoted to your volume and needs, and ZOPA Flux is a subscription quoted the same way. Book a free consultation and we will walk you through the options.
